"I had to reach out to..."
I had to reach out to Houlihan’s about something with my order, and the customer service was good. I got a little mixed up on when I had messaged them and when they replied, so it felt like it took longer than it maybe did, but the response still wasn’t as quick as I’d hoped. The person I talked to was nice, though, and they fixed the issue without turning it into a whole thing. I’d probably give 5 stars if the back-and-forth had been faster, but overall it was a solid experience

The food was decent enough, but the final bill felt a bit high for what we actually got. The portions weren’t anything special, so it didn’t feel like great value. I also expected some kind of follow-up after mentioning it, but nobody ever reached out, which was disappointing

I went to Houlihan’s last weekend and was impressed with how clean it was. Compared to a lot of restaurants I’ve been to when they’re busy, this place was in way better shape. The tables weren’t sticky, the bathrooms looked like someone was actually checking on them, and the floors were kept tidy. It made the whole meal feel more comfortable. The staff seemed to stay on top of everything without it feeling forced. I’d definitely go back

I ordered through houlihans.com because I figured it would be quick and easy, but the timing was frustrating. It said my food would be ready in about 25 minutes, so I showed up around then and still ended up waiting almost an hour total.
The food was fine once I finally got it, but by that point I was already irritated. I get that places get busy, but I’d rather they give a realistic wait time than have me standing around wondering what’s going on.

"Cozy spot with a relaxed vibe"
Stopped by and really liked the chill atmosphere. The lighting is soft and cozy, and it’s not too loud, so you can actually have a conversation without shouting. If you’re looking for a laid-back place to hang out with a friend or unwind for a bit, this is a good one to keep on your list.

"Always seems to be fresh and good"
I’ve had food from here a few times now, and it’s pretty much the same pattern every time, fresh, tasty, and just really good overall. I’d definitely order again.

"Good food, delivery ran a little late"
Grabbed takeout one night and tried delivery another time. Food was still hot and tasted good. Delivery was a bit slower than I expected, but it was fine overall

"Plenty of options, thankfully"
I’ll give Houlihan’s credit for having a big menu, which is a relief because I always end up being the person trying to make everyone else happy when picking a place to eat. They’ve got burgers, salads, apps, pasta, and a bunch of other stuff, so at least nobody can really complain there’s nothing for them. Some dishes are definitely better than others, and of course I somehow always seem to pick the one that’s just okay, but overall it’s a solid spot when you need an easy casual meal with enough choices
